The Front Bar

Opening its doors in the 93, the Public Bar has established itself as an iconic Melbourne venue for music lovers. As a proud sponsor of Melbourne music for decades, the Public Bar has played host to a bevy of performers. The intimacy and lounge room feel of the band room is popular with bands and fans alike, album and EP launches are a speciality.

An outside beer garden situated in front of the bar is a great place to soak up some rays while sinking a couple during the summer. Shopping at the Victoria Market (located opposite the Public Bar) is a lot easier when you can reward yourself with an ice cold drink afterwards.
