The Flangipanis formed mid 2007 with the aim of having no-egos or bullshit. They are a 3 piece, sometimes 4 piece punk rock band from Brisbane with a line up of drums, cowbells, guitars and bass, with female lead vocalist. They join with self proclaimed super-group and ridiculous comedians Punch the Clown. A conception of members from some of the best punk bands in the Australian underground. Also playing on the night are punk / hardcore trio Cabin Fever.
